(2) Improved working conditions for workers. With robotic welding, workers are only responsible for loading and unloading workpieces, keeping them away from welding arcs, fumes, and spatter.

(4) Product cycles are well-defined, making it easy to control production volume. Since the robot’s production cycle is fixed, scheduling production plans is very straightforward.


(5) It shortens product generation cycles and reduces corresponding equipment investment. It enables automated welding for small-batch products. The key difference between robots and dedicated machines is that robots can adapt to the production of different workpieces by modifying their programs.
